Reservation Confirmation

To confirm your stay at Bell Villa, a minimum non-refundable advance payment of ₹5,000 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before check-in.
Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Number of Guests

Villa accommodates a maximum of 6 adults.

Extra guests are not allowed without prior approval and may attract additional charges.

Government-issued ID is required for all staying guests at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Amendments

Date changes are allowed once, subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before check-in.
Guest Policy

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are not permitted after 9:00 PM.
Damage & Conduct

Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Bell Villa reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements and cancel bookings for misconduct without a refund.
